My time in Madison is down to hours and I must say I'm getting a bit sad. Not for leaving the mess or anything, but because this is like Rome. Where do I throw my change to be sure I'll be coming back? I would like to take this time to thank Al for being a wonderful hostess! You rock! And to all the chickees back in the cities, we're coming home! This has been the best week EVER! (except the whole eye poking...gross!). Good luck to all who help Al transcript! I left you the good ones ;) (Karen, don't do Darren if you don't have to...unless you want to write question marks all over). Ciao!

Karen! You're almost done!! YAY!! It's day 2 of the Madison trip and it just gets better :) I always knew the Wisconsin people were funny :) They sell beer in mugs at the theatre! Saw How to Deal tonight.....OMG Erin it's SO NOT like Sixteen Candles! Why'd you think that!! Heheheh :) And the transcriptions are fun but they are talking about dumb stuff so that part's not fun. I miss you all and I'm very excited for day 3 of Madison and hopefully the internet doesn't get turned off so I'll be able to tell you about it.... :)

So Sara, does this mean you're in on the apartment :)???? As for the baby shower, it's for a girl at Old Navy Fargo named Mindy who's our age and due in September....scary, huh :) It should be cute though...mom bought the prizes now I just need to think of games. Oh yes, and of course Sara, no fun was had without you this weekend ;) I'm in Madison now. Al's apartment is scary and if I don't keep my hands busy, they may start cleaning the mess. I wouldn't trust myself alone here. Al, I feel sorry for you for dealing with this. I really do :) Madison is wonderful, however....reminds me of Rome...including the pizza at Ian's!! Maybe I'll stay and feed ducks all day (or not...the ducks don't need our food...they can find their own just fine!). I love you all and I'll blog more of my adventures in Mad-Town soon!

Oh yes :) And now that Sara and Karen and Al are in for the apartment in St. Paul (the floor plans for them are at the next blog) so I think we should play like the movie Zoolander, since it's a 1 bedroom loft and we'll be dropping outta college so we'll be at low wage jobs......we'll fill the room with bunkbeds and have our names above them :) CUTE!!! Mine will say "Becky"....how about yours??? :) Oh yes...and if you are looking to a) download music or b) buy a new cd.....Becky highly recommends the Ataris new cd....I don't remember the name of it but it has the songs "in this diary" and "boys of summer" on it :) CD Warehouse for only $6 :)

KAREN! I'm so glad you are alive and not hitched to some mormon (Al gave that to me as a worry....you see, she let me take some of the worries off of her and that was one big one;) You're trip sounds like lots of fun and I can't WAIT to see the pictures :) I'm still planning to go home this Friday, unless they take my dumb dumb on-call. I'm getting plenty of hours this week.....I'm helping with the shipment team and that means 3 days of 8 hours :) Smiles for me!! I'm so sick of shipment! 500 boxes yesterday and today. Yuck!! Oh well....I've started baby shower preperations and it's gonna be adorable! I'll keep you posted. So far I have my centerpiece which is her gift (a teddy bear dressed in a onesie holding a nook and wearing socks :) Anyways, I have much love for you all and I will see you soon!

Sara! I'm sorry you didn't get to see Erin off :( How dissappointing! I also totally agree that it's crap that we don't get to see each other much more than 24 hours :( Let's quit school and work and move to St. Paul....we'll pick up jobs at Old Navy Eagan again...live off of measly pay but we'll be together :) I've already picked out our place....a historic building that has our apartment in it.....and it has 2 stories! Loft for us!! Oh yes...and a washer and dryer in the unit....I'm sold...are you?? (for pictures, please contact me....it's in my favorites cuz I'm ready to leave!!).

I didn't get to see Erin this weekend. She couldn't get a flight home... her daddy can't even get a flight out there. I'm quite a bit sad that I didn't get to see her and feel bad that she doesn't get to say a proper goodbye to her Minnesota home. Tear. I'll live and will see her again someday... most likely in California. That'll be lovely.
I did get to have a corndog this weekend... two in fact. They were good, I could go for another one right now.
The other thing I'm sad about is how I never see you guys and how I'm never home home for more than 24hrs. I JUST WANNA BE HOME HOME FOR AT LEAST TWO DAYS TO SEE ALL OF YOU!!!! Now that I got that out of my system I'm going to go. Stir fry for din din and I must get fixin's. Kisses.

WAY TO GO ERIN! You'd have smart babies :) Well...he'd have smart babies :) Hehehe! Anyways...I'm pissed today. It's raining and I got a parking ticket on my sister's driveway! What is this world coming to! I tried to contest it....but long story...I'll just pay $15 for PARKING ON HER DRIVEWAY!!!!!

It sounds like everyone had a wonderful 4th! I'm so glad to hear it :) Karen, I didn't eat strawberries all day....though I did go picking after work.....I think my butt still hurts...if only I could feel it!! hehehe :) I'm so proud of you Al! Flirtin' with carnies for free rides?? Wonderful! That's my girl!! And Karen! Keep your room clean for 2 weeks and I'll be there to see it! I'm so happy for you! That's absolutely wonderful! Oh yes, and Karen...I heard you thought it was you I was talking about earlier (you know, the no callin thing?)....yeah....I'm sorry to have given you that impression! I was talking about my NDSU peeps that don't call! I know if I was in the cities this summer there would be lots to do and chat about in person :( Today was fun...I spent money I don't have on a cute skirt at Old Navy....then I made a strawberry pie (it turned out awful....just runny! It was soup!) and highlighted the sister's hair. That didn't turn out too well either :) Oops!! Oh well :) Sloppy Joes for dinner!!!!!!

Speaking of Erins... Yo, Foley, I need your current address. There's a homie sitting on my desk with your name on it.

Oooooooooooooooh! I'll be home this Saturday night for two reasons: (1) the Pan-o-Prog parade is on Sunday afternoon and I want to go. If anyone wants to go to the parade with me and the mom just shout a holla. (2) Erin Giesenhagen will be home home for the last time that she will be able to call MN her home home. Her rents are moving the family to Rancho Something or Other. It's some city that's appox due east of LA. Aside from that I have no idea what the other details of her fam moving there are, I intend to find such details out this weekend. I'll keep you guys posted on anything good I find out.

My 4th was very quick. On Thursday afternoon, Tracy and I hauled our butts out of Winona and up to Lake Minnetonka to have dinner with the aunts, rents, Andrew, and some cousins. It was lovely. After din din my mom, T, Rachael and I went to hear my dad's work band play music. They're pretty good. Trace and I were both trying to figure out how to navigate the garage they practice in so we could get to the cute single 25 year old premed from ASU. We both failed to talk to him. Darnit! On the 4th we pretty much just hung out at Patti and UB's all afternoon. (Al, don't read the following sentence) Tracy and I left before fire works because I had to work on Saturday morning. This sucked but we lived. Work the next day also sucked because everyone was tired and none of us wanted to be there. In the meantime, class starts again tomorrow... I hope this one doesn't want to make me kill myself as much as the last class did. I guess we'll see.

How was everyone's 4th? I started a new job...just temporary...but no laughing! I'm working at a U-Pick-Your-Own Strawberry farm! My car is so dirty from the dirt roads but it's a really easy job for not a horrible pay. I hand out baskets and tell people where to go....and I fold boxes :) Hehehe! Keeps me not bored! Anyways...the BBQ went well.....I can marinate good! You should all try my grilled chicken sometime :) Then we watched fireworks on the deck. We weren't close enough to use the cool ON glasses we've gotten in the past, but we could see firework shows in every direction of the sky and they weren't VERY far :) Al! Hope you got to see plenty of fireworks! At least to hold you over for awhile! I love you all!

OMG! I just finished Harry Potter! I think I bawled for the last half of it.....so sad! I must say I wish someone else was killed other than who did (just in case you haven't gotten that far, Sara)....anyone but them!! AHHH! But I SO enjoyed it! Karen! You and Al need to catch up fast! You're truly missin' out! OK! Tomorrow's the 4th and there will be grillin' and fireworks! I'm so excited! Enjoy everyong :)

DEAR LORD! It's so humid up here I could bathe outside! Bonus is, our A/C is still broken and they still haven't fixed the screen door so there is no circulation out in the living areas! YUCK! It's days like today I wish I was at work...with A/C :) Not much else new here....Harry Potter is going REALLY well! My slow reading isn't preventing me from cruising through it :) I think I'm on page 550 or something like that? I'm so enjoying it....it's keeping me busy so I don't get bored :) Imagine that ever happening ;) As for today...I've cleaned, did laundry and so forth....If only I could find my apt lease? Where did I hide it? Harry Potter reading is up next until.....until either I fall asleep or Dana calls to hit the bars (go fig...I had to call her). Umm......ok :) 4th of July BBQ at my apartment if anyone wants to come :) Al....you're only a day away and there will be fireworks up here!! It sounds like only me and Sara Kempton....all the NDSU peeps have plans already....so maybe I'll invite some work peeps??? I'll make new friends! One's that call me or come to my party :)!!!
