Becky, I'm sorry I did so poorly on your AOL profile test. I guess we're gonna have to hang out sometime soon to catch up on things.

Here's a You Know You're In Fargo joke: you know you're in Fargo when a large wood chip statue of Francis McDormant (from the movie Fargo) is created and placed as part of a downtown icon....and 500 people show up wearing her signature hat to commemorate it's arrival.

OOH! So I decided I must be Hansel from Zoolander for Halloween (for reference, rent the movie Zoolander). It will be great!! Anywho...not much new here...got a couple of papers to write for tomorrow, a garage to clean, errands to run, you know, that whole chestnut. Al and Karen, I'm so jealous of your weekend together :( call me soon so I don't feel left out!!!

P.S. Can I quit school yet???

Ok...so how was everyone's weekend? Not much new here...I've become quite the little unmotivated child. I still have tons to do before tomorrow and my new class starts tomorrow as well! Yuck :( Anywho...it doesn't help that I got a bed pillow and it feels like heaven to lay on it (and do nothing, as par for the course). Hopefully tonight I will be able to read a book and do a summary on it and read for 2 other classes by tomorrow! Oh dear!! P.S. I have a newfounded friend at Old Navy....we share our love for Britney :) I'm so excited!

Halloween Costume Update: I have a dress. All I have to do is get the stains out of it. Any suggestions? Please let me know any and all of your secret cleaning tips. And Al, yes we're coming to Madison. I officially got it off just this week. Amy says she's not going to go if she doesn't have a good costume... but don't worry, we'll work on her. Later babies.

Thanks for the ideas Sara! I think I'll be a sexy...I don't, something, like Al...maybe a sexy nurse??? We'll see. Karen! You so SHOULD come with! It will be a blast, I'm sure :) Um...not much new here...I have to go take pictures in the cold rain, that's all...and I'm hungry...so send me yummy food! P.s. some jerk turned the channel while I was working out today, so no dawson's=no motivation so needless to say, it wasn't a full hour workout today

Welp Becky, my ideas for this year have been the following:
(1) Tracy was maybe going to be a lightning bug. She was going to wear all black, have some wings and attach a round light fixture to her butt with some flashing Christmas lights in it.
(2) I suggested Bridget and Steve be Wilma and Fred Flintstone.
(3) I desperately want Missy and Paul to be Jessie and Woody from Toy Story (CUTE CUTE CUTE).
(4) Amy and Schish were going to be Jasmine and Aladin (See above parenthesis).
(5) I plan to be a run away bride... although, this depends on whether I can find a good, cheap, not super dirty, old wedding dress. Amy found out about my idea then she wanted to do it too because she doesn't want to think of an idea for herself, let alone carry it out; this means Tracy wants to be a run away bride as well because Heaven forbid we all do something different. The moral of the story is: they're latching onto my idea but it probably won't work for the three of us because there's no way we're going to find three decent wedding dresses to wear... and when we do find a dress it won't fit me but it will fit one of them! Shwew, that was a bit of a rant, sorry bout that. I'm finished now.
Anywho, there's always my friend Paul's grand Halloween costume idea of a giant bar of soap with a pube on it. Gross but funny and a serious goal of Paul's... bless him.
Wait a tick... Becky... you're creative, you can even sew... go to the fabric store, pick out a pattern and go to town! Then make me one too! Homemade, hand picked, quality, fun costume... you're set! Go team! Let me know what we're gonna be for Halloween and when you want my measurements, thanks now. :)

P.S. Vickie, you are my godsend

Sara! I need costume ideas! I haven't dressed up for this occasion in a very long time! I have a masquerade to go to at the U of M for AIAS. It should be real :) Will anyone be in the TC area the last weekend of October? Erin? Karen? If you guys are, you should partake in the occasions (cuz you are welcome to)....fill me in! Umm...that's all...how's school going for everyone?

Tiffany- have you heard from Peggy lately? If you have, let me know!

Congrats on jumping on the Vikki's bandwagon Becky! It's a happy place to be, way to go! I would have added to my collection on Sunday but upon exiting the fitting room I saw a customer from work, he asked how I was doing, I said I was good, put the underoos I'd picked out down and bolted from the store. Needless to say I felt a bit odd.

Oh yes, and we can all start laughing at my group member who plagerized her part of our project and handed it in with all of our names on it....I hope I get outta that one! WORD FOR WORD!!! AHHH

I will never buy my undergarments anywhere other than Vickie's! Who would have thunk that they would be so incredibly comfortable! Got me some boy cut undies and a pair of bras and I'm good to go! Spendy, but well worth it :)

Karen! I'm excited to see you back :) Sara...hold your excitement, but I just bought the BEST pj's in the world...no joke! You know how I have the little boys underwear purse? Now I have some of my own in a set!! WHOO HOO!! It's cute and pink and it makes for lovely sleeping attire. I have never slept in just a cami and undies....but this is a very liberating feeling! Next thing I know I'll be yelling at people down the hall in my undies!! Vickie's trip on Saturday...must gather new bras that fit (cuz apparently mine don't, but you know how that goes). The Darla and I will get fitted and have a bit of a spree :) I'm pumped, to say the least! Ok...that's all that's new here....must be getting ready for class here shortly :) I love you all and call me soon!! Either that or you just may get a call from me (when I accumulate time) :)

Ok, the latest in the life of Sara goes as follows:
Classes are alright. For teaching math I had to buy a kit of math manipulatives... it's tons of fun. There's overhead money and tangrams and little counting blocks and peg boards, I love the whole dern thing. I got to interview myself about racial/gender/sexual orientation junk for my cultural class... it's a fairly funny interview if I do say so myself. The other thing I'm doing for that class is being a tutor/buddy to an eigth grader. It hasn't started yet but I'll keep all of you posted on how it goes. I do another practicum this semester, it'll be in the preschool on campus (WOO HOO for preschoolers!!!). And I go to Rollingstone every Monday from here on out to learn to teach science.
Work is still excellent. The last week of August was lots of fun due to all the people stopping in on their way to Millwaukee for the 100th. There was many a Canadian that wanted me to join them for the evening/weekend. I told them to hit up campus and find an innocent freshman.
Aside from that life is going... check my site for any other silly details... the grasshopper incident was quite traumatizing. Ok, that's all. Peace out Gs.

Where is everyone? I want to know how your first few weeks of school are going? All is well here....I'm officially done breaking down over all the crap I have to do....yeah, cuz it sucks. Anyways...it's free money day with the financial aid office! So all must be well :) Ok! Must go start my classes for the day...it will be lovely! P.S. Al, you can start watching Dawson's again....Pacey and Joey just told Dawson they are an "us" which will start your favorite part....plus, Henry's still on so we can all be happy! I love how my life revolves around those guys! They keep me going....

Who's excited that Saved By The Bell is on DVD now? I am! I've already listened to the first disc (I say listen because I was supposed to be reading for school at the time...you know, like I'm supposed to be doing now). It's wonderful, I must add...everyone must have this piece of childhood :) Busy busy! Time to get back to the millions of CRAP I must read.....

Happy Back to School Everyone!
